Harleen Sethi opens up about break-up with Vicky Kaushal

He is a successful actor, she found fame after appearing in a dance video through social media and their relationship made them even more famous. So when Harleen Sethi and Vicky Kaushal broke up, it was even bigger news. Still a subject that is being spoken about, Sethi recently spoke to the media about what the attention of the break-up was for her.

“Honestly, it did not bother me but it did bother my family and friends. As an individual, we all have our own identities. I was associated with a movie star and I haven’t done a movie yet, doesn’t make me any less. I still love myself,” India Today reports Sethi express.

She went on to add, “I would love to be known as Harleen Sethi. I am Harleen Sethi. I think it will be unfair to call someone else my ex-boyfriend, right?”

Having been offered ‘Broken and Beautiful’ (2018) a web series which deal with difficult relationships, Sethi was asked if her real life experiences helped her with her character. “I think for an actor it is essential to experience all sort of emotions in real life. In a way, it is good that what happened, happened,” she expressed.

Having now moved on, and enjoying where her life is going, the actress took to social media expressing how the relationship was just another part of her life, and she’s in a much better place now.
