Gul Khan confirms generation leap in ‘Ishqbaaaz’

Producer Gul Khan has confirmed that a generation leap is on the anvil in Star Plus’ popular series ‘Ishqbaaaz’.

With rumours about Surbhi Chandna’s role in ‘Ishqbaaaz’ still hanging in the balance, co-star Nakuul Mehta is set to play the son of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Khan said that he will play Shivaansh Singh Oberoi after the leap.

Chandna responded to BizAsiaLive.com messages yesterday but refused to answer the specific question relating to the axe of her character Anika. Reports say that Chandna was not keen to play the role of a mother post the leap. However, this is yet to be confirmed.
