With all kinds of rules and regulations propping up, it seems filmmaking is becoming more and more difficult. One film stuck in a bit of a rut due to this matter is Saif Ali Khan’s upcoming film ‘Go Goa Gone’.

In the promotional poster, Khan is seen sporting a cigar in his mouth, holding a large gun over his shoulder. News has it that the National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication -NOTE-India – see this as a violation of one of their rules. In a statement of complaint to the Goa Police, NDTV reportedNOTE-India general secretary Shekhar Salkar stating,”The display of a popular icon smokinga cigar is a violation of the Section 5(1) of the central Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003.”

If one of the first promos has already landed the makers into trouble, they better be careful with the next ones.Set to release on 10th May, ‘Go Goa Gone’ also stars Kunal Kemmu,Vir Das, Anand Tiwari and Rishi Kapoor.
