Geo UK boasts more cricket acquisition

remium Pakistani infotainment network Geo UK has acquired some more cricket for viewers of its flagship channel.

The ‘Champions League’ also known as the world’s richest cricket competition will be shown exclusively on Geo UK with English commentary from Wednesday 3rd December.

The tournament features eight-teams, winners and runners-up teams from Twenty20 competitions in India, Pakistan, England, Australia and South Africa. There will be two groups playing and in total of 15 matches will be broadcast until Wednesday 10th December.

Geo UK has previously broadcasted the Twenty20 World Cup (Second Language rights), Asia Cup 2008, Hong Kong Sixes and Abu Dhabi Series West Indies Vs Pakistan.
