Geo News goes free for first fortnight of 2010

Geo Network’s popular news channel, Geo News, will be available free-to-air on Sky Digital as a teaser for non-subscribers.

Geo News, which broadcasts on Sky channel 825 will be free for the first fortnight of 2010, starting Friday 1st January and ending on Thursday 14th January.

Geo News is available as part of Geo Network’s bundle of channels including entertainment channel, Geo UK and youth service, Aag TV.

During the free-period, only Geo News will be viewable unencrypted.
