Geo Network to distribute controversial Pak movie

Pakistani media brand Geo Network is releasing one of the most talked about Pakistani movies of this year – ‘Khuda Kay Liye’.

Incidentally the film is also produced by Geo and stars Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah. ‘Khuda Kay Liye’ evokes many issues such as marital rape and jihad in the light of Muslim radicals.

In a recent interview with Newsweek magazine Geo TV chief Mir Ibrahim Rehman expressed, “It’s heroic for the population to want to see this film.”

‘Khuda Kay Liye’ is released through Geo Films and the soundtrack out on the Geo Music label.

‘Khuda Kay Liye’ releases in the UK on Friday 2nd November.
