There is nothing more that Bollywood town loves than a good scandal. The gossip mill is fuelled by the make ups and break ups of the big stars yet these stars celebrate their dosti every day. With Friendship Day taking place, BizAsia is looking at those friendships which have made our hearts warm up and our eyes swell at the remarkable bond. On screen these stars may be rivals but in real life, they have maintained their relationships, reminding everyone that they are true professionals.
Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh
Whether they are roasting each other on television and to dancing for their lady love in ��Gunday�۪ (2014), the BFF Jodi of Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor has had everyone in Bollywood stand up and take notice. Even while hosting the IIFA awards, their PDA continued, leaving the audience in stitches and causing havoc on stage. They are often seen together at parties and support each other�۪s films wholeheartedly, this is one friendship which we hope will never be broken.

When Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan starred together as long lost brothers in ��Karan Arjun�۪ (1995), the audiences loved them but off screen it was a different story. Like the film, they drifted apart after a series of alleged misunderstandings yet went on to become part of the reigning Khans in Bollywood, dividing their fans and their fortunes. Every exchange that happened between the pair never went unnoticed by the media and it caused scandal. However, this is all behind them as the pair reunited at Salman Khan�۪s sister Arpita�۪s wedding and have since been seen supporting each other�۪s endeavours and visiting each other on a regular basis.

Who says that two actresses cannot share the same screen space and continue to be friends, Anushka Sharma and Priyanka Chopra have proved all their critics wrong. When both the actresses starred in ��Dil Dhadhakne Do�۪ (2015), they were often seen sharing hugs and kisses during the promotions and during the promotions of her film ��NH10�۪ (2015), Anushka went as far to say that Priyanka Chopra is her favourite actress.

Having shared screen space, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are two friends who have been together through thick and thin. They share mutual love and respect for each other and Sanjay has gone as far as to say that he does feel incredibly protective of Salman. Both the actors have always been the closest of friends and Sanjay has gone as far as to try and persuade bachelor Salman to get married.
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora
Since Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora starred together in ��Golmaal Returns�۪ (2008), these two actresses have become fierce friends. They are often seen partying or on holiday together and share the same circle of friends. Kareena was bridesmaid at Amrita�۪s wedding and even though Amrita was pregnant, she was present at Kareena�۪s wedding with Saif Ali Khan.
