Freida Pinto signs first Bollywood film

After her debut in ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ four years ago, Freida Pinto has been in much demand by the Indian film industry and it now looks like she has signed her first Hindi film.

According to a report in Mid-Day, filmmakers Vikramaditya Motwane and Navdeep Singh have worked on a script, which has been offered to the actress. The report quotes a source saying, “While her films abroad haven�۪t really worked wonders for her career, she has managed to stay in the spotlight thanks to her immaculate dressing sense and her so-called exotic looks. But this film could change her fortunes.”

She was earlier rumoured to have been approached by Shoojit Sircar for his upcoming release with John Abraham.
