Freida Pinto & Meryl Streep join hands for film on Nirbhaya

Oscar winning actress Meryl Streep and Indian born Hollywood actress Freida Pinto are ready to join hands with BAFTA award-winning director Leslee Udwin for the launch of ��India�۪s Daughter�۪, a social movement that gets the documentary film out of the same name in front of all to inquire into the life and death tragedy of India�۪s most painful rape victim Nirbhaya.

According to Mumbai Mirror, Pinto will be seen not only supporting the movement but also an associate producer of the film. Pinto, brand ambassador of the Girl Rising Movement, is working very hard to create a big impact through the film.

The film is set to be premiered at an event which is the 20th anniversary of the Fourth UN world conference on Women in Association with Vital Voices Global Partnership and the NGO Plan International.
