First look of Star Utsav UK schedule unveiled
Star TV has given the first details of its Star Utsav UK schedule, ahead of the channel’s official launch on Monday (4th July).
According to Sky EPG details for launch day, Star Utsav UK will predominately broadcast Bollywood blockbuster movies between midnight and 18:30. The movies on the day include ‘Neerja’ (midnight), ‘Hate Story 3’ (02:05), ‘Bhaag Johnny’ (04:05), ‘Neerjay Making’ (06:00), ‘Do Dooni Char’ (06:30), ‘Housefull’ (08:30), ‘Highway’ (11:00), ‘Garam Masala’ (13:30), ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ (16:00). Movies will only air on day one, with repeats of primetime shows being scattered in other dayparts.
The weekday primetime schedule consists of:
18:30 Mahadev
19:00 Naya Office Office
19:30 Sasural Genda Phool
20:00 Geet
20:30 Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai
21:00 SaraswatiChandra
21:30 Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meeta Meetha
22:00 Pratigya

23:00 Geet (repeat)

Star TV UK is keeping tightlipped on other schedule announcements. The weekend line-up will be unveiled soon.
Star Utsav UK replaces Star Jalsha on Sky channel 808 and on TalkTalk, from Monday 4th July. It will be available as a part of Sky’s basic subscription, along with the existing Star TV channels.
