First Islamic educational radio station to launch

The UK’s first Islamic educational radio station is set to launch later this month, BizAsia.co.ukcan exclusively confirm.

The station, which will be known as ILM Radio will broadcast 24 hours of Islamic educational shows from its Bradford studios.

ILM Radio will be available on Sky Digital and online at www.ilmradio.co.uk from Monday 22nd June.

The broadcaster also hinted at launching a Muslim lifestyle TV channel at the end of the July (tentatively Monday 27th July), which will be called Ummah Channel.
