FIR filed against Alok Nath over Vinta Nanda’s #MeToo allegations

Sexual allegations against veteran actor, Alok Nath have been registered under FIR section 376 of the IPC (rape).

In a shocking Facebook post a few weeks ago by Vinta Nanda, she alleged that she was raped by Nath on several occasions 19 years ago.

ANI tweeted, “Mumbai Police Additional CP Manoj Sharma says ‘Oshiwara Police has registered an FIR against Alok Nath under section 376 of IPC (rape) on the complaint filed by Writer Vinta Nanda.'”
