February hearing for charges against Sooraj Pancholi in Jiah Khan case

Sooraj Pancholi, as BizAsia reported not long ago, had been accused of hiding facts and fabricating the truth in relation to his ex girlfriend Jiah Khan�۪s suicide. A hearing will be starting soon in a special women�۪s court of charges against him.

According to Deccan Chronicle, judge A S Shende had said, ���The matter is kept for hearing (the arguments) on the charge (against Sooraj Pancholi) on February 12�۝.

A chargesheet had found that Pancholi had hidden information and therefore a new hearing will soon take place.

It was in October 2013, a few months after Khan�۪s suicide, that her mother Rabiya had moved Bombay High Court that her daughter was murdered and she did not commit suicide.
