Fatima Sana Shaikh opposite SRK in ‘Saare Jahaan Se Achcha’?

When Aamir Khan was to be protagonist, the biopic on Rakesh Sharma was rumoured to have Priyanka Chopra as female lead. However, after Shah Rukh Khan has been confirmed as lead, the latest suggests that Fatima Sana Shaikh may end up being in the leading lady’s role.

“The makers are still on a hunt for the leading lady. Fatima Sana Shaikh too is being considered for the role. They seem to be quite impressed with her performances and she is one of the leading contenders for it,” said a source, according to a leading publication.

Earlier there were also rumours that Bhumi Pednekar may land the part.
