Fatima Sana Shaikh all set for Anurag Basu’s next?

There’s no doubt in saying Fatima Sana Shaikh has done rather well for herself since debuting in 2016. With a number of different projects under her belt, the actress will reportedly star in film maker Anurag Basu’s next.

“Fatima is a huge fan of Anurag Basu’s films, and, ‘Life in a Metro’ (2007 is her favourite. The film, she feels, had its own charm and quintessential narrative with different stories that captivated the masses as it showcased the struggles faced by people in a metropolis,” Deccan Chronicle reports a source stating.

The source went on to add, “The actress, who has been a part of character-driven films, is very excited to be a part of a film which is an apt portrayal of people living a metro lifestyle.”

If this is anything to go by, it seems the actress will be going from strength to strength in no time.
