Farhan-Shibani wedding rumours denied by close friend

A few days ago, rumours about a supposed upcoming wedding for Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar started doing the rounds again. However, a close friend of the family’s has said that there’s nothing of the sort being planned.

“Farhan and Shibani are happy as a couple. She is pursuing her singing career while he’s very busy with his acting career. They have no desired need or pressing reason to make their relationship official or legal. So there is no scope for announcement of wedding or otherwise, at least not in the near future, and certainly not in 2020,” said the close friend, as quoted by Deccan Chronicle.

Akhtar will be seen next in ‘Toofan’.
