Farhan Akhtar waiting for wedding nod from Shibani Dandekar?

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar who have been dating for quite a while now, are rumoured to be tying the knot this year. The singer-actor has even got the thumbs-up from his two daughters.

Reported by Asian Age, a close friend of the ‘Rock On 2’ (2016) actor says Akhtar is completely smitten and would have married her “yesterday”, if she agreed. “Shibani is still very young and had not even thought of marriage before she met Farhan. After they fell in love, she would have been happy sailing along on the tides of their passion, so to speak. But, Farhan keeps popping the question almost every day.”

The friend added, Dandekar isn’t convinced the wedding will be happening in May, “But it’s pretty certain that Farhan will convince her by the time the wedding date is announced.”

As for Akhtar’s two daughters – Shakya Akhtar and Akira Akhtar, both are happy with their father’s impending wedding.
