Farhan Akhtar: “I am comfortable doing romantic numbers”

Farhan Akhar is all set for his upcoming action-thriller ‘Wazir’, in which he will be seen sharing screen with Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachhan, actor John Abraham and actress Aditi Rao Hydari. ‘Tere Bin’ a song of his film was launched yesterday, in which he is seen romancing his co-actress Rao Hydari.

Akhar finds himself comfortable doing romantic numbers. He told PTI, “I am comfortable doing romantic numbers. It’s a romantic song��_Song of love companionship that is growing with time. It’s a nice environment created for the song. When you are with somebody you love, you want time to slow down. Every moment��_Every second matters.”

The actor enjoyed doing action scenes for the very first time in his career. He added that he has directed action in films like ‘Lakshya’ and ‘Don’ series but doing action as an actor is a different thing.

Akhtar told about the style of action that ‘Wazir’ follows by saying, “Different films have different kind of action. This is pitched in hard, gritty and real way and Bejoy Nambiar (director) is good at it. I enjoyed doing it.”

‘Wazir’ is an upcoming action-thriller, produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and directed by Bejoy Nambiar. It is scheduled to release on 8th January 2016.
