Salman Khan has been hosting ‘Bigg Boss’ for 13 years and, although there was a time where his other commitments took over, he seems to have been going strong otherwise, despite admitting a few times that he doesn’t particularly enjoy it. As the actor has so much on at the moment, recent rumours suggest that Farah Khan could be stepping into his shoes for the show once again.
A source told Filmfare, “It is true Salman Khan is quitting and Farah khan will be taking over Bigg Boss. He was disappointed by the contestants’ behaviour. He has announced (that) in the show also. The last day of Salman’s shoot is not fixed yet. Farah is expected to take over in January”.
It was being said that the Khan family were worried about how his busy schedules was taking a toll on the actor’s health. Father Salim Khan, however, refuted the rumours, “His health is fine, it’s all untrue. We have not asked him to slow down or quit the show. Of course, he works round-the-clock but that’s about it. Neither a suggestion has come from us nor his health is a factor for worry”.
