Fans choose Varun Dhawan & Alia Bhatt for ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ sequel

It’s no secret that Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are one Bollywood’s favourite jodis. So it comes as no surprise that fans chose them to be the next Prem and Nisha in the sequel of the 90s blockbuster ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’.

According to Pinkvilla, production house Rajshri Productions sent a poll on social media, asking their followers who they’d like to see portray the lead characters of their 1994 mega-hit ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ originally played by Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit Nene. Inundated with responses, Dhawan and Bhatt resulted in being the favourite.

Though they have yet to confirm the sequel, it seems this will be one film that will be on everyone’s wishlist. And if Bhatt and Dhawan are to sign on the dotted line, then the film may well sell for itself.
