Family spokesperson: Lata Mangeshkar “is doing good”

After more rumours circulating the health of veteran singer, Lata Mangeshkar, her family spokesperson has once again put a rest to such news with a new statement.

The singer, known as the ‘nightingale of Indian cinema’, was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Monday due to breathing issues. Since her admission, there has been false news spreading about her health.

In the most recent statement from Mangeshkar’s family spokesperson, it said that the singer “is doing good”.

News agency PTI reveals a source saying, “We are as happy as you are to inform you that with all your prayers and best wishes, Lata didi is doing much better. Thank You for being there. God is great.”
