EXCLUSIVE: Sony’s ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’ show details

Sony Entertainment Television Asia’s big ticket talent show ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’ details have been confirmed exclusively to BizAsia.co.uk.

‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’ will be a bi-weekly show with a high degree of audience participation and viewer interactivity.

The Indian version of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ has been presumably inspired by a hit Himesh Reshammiya song and will be called ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja’.

It will be co-produced by Theatre Red and Synergy Communications, owned by Siddhartha Basu, who makes a transition from the General Knowledge sphere to Entertainment.

The show starts in the UK on Thursday 7th September at 22:00 on Sony Entertainment Television Asia.
