Preetika Rao on featuring in Shaan’s video ‘Surilee’

It was revealed recently that popular TV actress Preetika Rao would be seen in Shaan’s new music video, titled Surilee. The actress spoke about the experience exclusively with BizAsiaLive.com .

“When I was modelling, I missed out on acting in a music video which was always a dream! It was really overwhelming to receive a call from singer Shaan asking me to play his co star in his music video! We all know how popular his music videos have been in the past and this one comes after a long gap and I feel lucky to be a part of it,” said Rao.

She continued, “I am sure people are going to love this video because it has a very unique concept about love and relationships. Incidentally Shaan sang a song for my last TV show, Love ka Hai Intezaar and that is how he thought about me for his video. He also used to like my work in Beintehaa. Being fascinated with music and singing I discussed a lot about music with him. He was happy to know that I sing!”

Rao will soon releasing her own cover song which she has sung, as she confirmed, “Very soon I am planning to come up with another song and a lot of my work and time is already going into it. The coming few weeks will all be about music and my musical journey! I’m really excited!”

The video for Rao’s new song will be arriving next month.
