It looks like trouble continues to brew at the B4U headquarters. After Friday’s exclusive revelations about the changes in B4U UK’s management, Biz Asia has now learnt that the broadcaster’s Creative Head Khalid Sayed has handed in his notice.
Khalid is based in India and has been with the company since May 2004. He was brought in replacing Yugander VV, who quit spring last year. Khalid’s responsibilities included producing promos for the network and generally overlooking the output of B4U Movies and Music.
It is not yet known why he has departed from the company. However, there are rumours suggesting staff morale being low due to the numerous changes and the minimum budgets being given for various activities. Some are also unhappy with the channels positioning.
A replacement for Khalid has not been announced.
