EXCLUSIVE: ‘Antakshari’ to make a return on ZEE TV

ZEE TV is bringing back one of the most loved musical gameshows ‘Antakshari’ this summer, BizAsia can exclusively reveal.

This time around, actor Javed Jaffrey and playback singer Akriti Kakkar will be hosting the popular show. Whilst judges are still being worked upon, sources suggest Salim Sulaiman look favourite to guest on the weekly gameshow.

Auditions for the new look ‘Antakshari’ will be taking place around the world including India, UK, USA, Canada, U.A.E, South Africa, New Zealand and Singapore. Auditions in the UK, USA and Canada are set to take place in May/June (dates TBC).

The new ‘Antakshari’ is expected to air in a weekend slot, starting in either July/August.
