The huge fiction ‘Everest’ produced by popular filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker will replace ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ when the show ends next month on Star Plus.

As revealed on BizAsia last week, ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ will end on Saturday 1st November, to be replaced with ‘Everest’ on Monday 3rd November in the 22:00 slot.

‘Everest’ is about a 21-year old Anjali, who aspires to conquer her own personal Everest. She gets a rude shock when she discovers that her father, who is her hero, never really wanted a daughter. Faced with the biggest conflict of her life, she is forced to question her very own existence. To redeem herself and find a place in her father۪s heart she decides to accomplish his unfulfilled dream.

The show is produced under Ashutosh Gowariker Productions (AGPPL) banner and has music by A R Rahman.
