Eurosport to share Pak-SA cricket with ZEE UK

British Eurosport has signed a deal with ZEE Network UK to carry the upcoming Pakistan-South Africa cricket.

The deal includes live coverage of two Test series and five one-day internationals. In the limited overs series three matches will be broadcast live with the other two matches shown as highlights.

The channel will also broadcast two Twenty20s scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26th October and Wednesday 27th October.

The news will be welcomed by cable viewers who would have missed out on the series on ZEE Cafe, as it is currently only available on Sky Digital. Both channels will share the coverage.

Director of British Eurosport, David Kerr said, “We are delighted to be broadcasting this Test series between Pakistan and South Africa. The Champions League Twenty20 has been a real success on Eurosport and it is a natural progression to secure Test cricket.

“We know there is a dedicated and enthusiastic audience for quality, international cricket on the channel. The spotlight is on Pakistan at present and they face a real challenge against a strong South African side. It will be a fascinating series.”

The first Test starts on Friday 12th November with the final Test from Saturday 20th November on ZEE Cafe and British Eurosport 2.
