Esha Gupta faked her own engagement?

In the world of showbiz, the media is readily blamed for wrong reports, speculations, exaggerating facts to the point of��fiction��and much more. However,��what happens when celebrities are the ones who start and happily spread rumours about themselves?

Recently, Esha Gupta’s unexpected and very much sudden��engagement was the buzz of Bollywood fans around, as��the actress took to her Instagram account to share a picture of a big solitaire on her ring finger. Not leaving much to the imagination, she even��added the caption “He asked and I said yes” to the photo.

The actress then used her official Twitter page to quash the rumours, stating, “NOT ENGAGED…though that size of the rock is always acceptable.”

Apparently, whilst shooting for a jewellery brand, the actress��felt like playing��a��prank during a break on set. Earlier, Gupta was linked to director Punit Malhotra of ‘I Hate Luv Storys’ (2010) fame.

The former Miss India, who has been seen in films like��’Jannat 2′ (2012) and ‘Humshakals’ (2014), is currently busy shooting for ‘Hera Pheri 3’ and ‘Rustom’.
