Eros Now content to be available across Apple products

Apple has announced a strategic tie-up with Eros International for content distribution from its digital platform, Eros Now.

Eros Now content will be available on Apple products such as iPhone, iPads, Mac and its upcoming Apple TV Plus. Users will be able to subscribe to Eros Now content for $1-4 per month in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Europe, Canada, and the US.

Eros International chairman Kishore Lulla said, “Apple has a mammoth distribution network and is looking to consolidate its content play. This is a win-win situation for both of us.”

“While monetisation will evolve over time, we expect average revenue per user (ARPU) between $1 and $4 depending on market and plans,” Lulla said.

Eros Now also recently launched on Virgin Media in the UK.
