Erica Fernandes: “Today, whatever I do, I know the value of things”

Erica Fernandes is returning to our television screens after two seasons of the immensely popular ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ (Sony TV). She is new face of the ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ reboot on Star Plus, and is also active on social media, as well as her equally as popular YouTube channel. Through all the popularity, Fernandes is still grounded and reveals that she knows the value of everything she has.

Fernandes sat down with Himanshu Malhotra for his talk show ‘SAG Spotlight’, where she spoke about her family, and revealed her father had faced a heart attack for the third time and was in a coma for a month and a half. He had lost his vision when awaking from the coma and Fernandes’ mother had taken on all the responsibilities. This was when Fernandes took on her first modeling assignment at sixteen, and has faced times with they had no money for food. She said, “Today, whatever I do, I know the value of things. I know the value of money. I know the value of family and relationships,” as according to India Today.

Fernandes showcases her singing, cooking, crafts, and makeup tutorials on her YouTube channel.
