Emraan Hashmi’s son’s tumour successfully taken out

After BizAsia covered the news about Emraan Hashi’s son Ayaan being diagonsed with first stage cancer, we were inundated with get well messages for the four-year old. BizAsia can now confirm that his treatment to remove the tumour has been successful.

Times Of India reports that Ayaan was operated immediately after finding about the cancer. The tumour has been sent for testing and the report is expected to be returned within a week.

Hashmi told Times Of India, “The tumour is out. Ayaan’s a fighter. The doctors have done a fantastic job, I can’t thank them enough. Please pray for Ayaan.”
