Emraan Hashmi undergoing dance training for ‘Shatir’

Emraan Hashmi is known more for his gangster roles than his dance. This, however, is all about to change as BizAsia has learnt the actor is undergoing training in dance for Kunal Deshmukh’s next movie, ‘Shatir’

According to Hindustan Times, Hashmi’s character will see his entry in the film in the form of a song and therefore he is receiving special training for that. Deshmukh stated, “I have worked with Emraan and Raju earlier in Jannat 2 (2012) and we make a great team.��This time, we are brainstorming to find a signature step for Emraan. It will be a high-energy street dance number”. Raju Khan is choreographing the said song.

Hashmi himself is a little hesitant as the song will put him in a different light, “I have never done a full-fledged dance number in any of my films till now. So, when Kunal discussed the song with me, I was quite reluctant about it. However, Kunal and Raju were quite persistent and finally managed to convince me to do the song”.
