Every actor, no matter how successful, is bound to face failure at some point. Emraan Hashmi takes the failure of films in his stride and claims to stand by them even if they do not do well.

In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Hashmi said, “Even if it’s not doing well, I don’t see that as a reason not to finish a film. Things at some point don’t turn out the way you planned. Even if films don’t do well, I like to stand by them.”

Hashmi’s last few films, such as ‘Raja Natwarlal’ (2014), ‘Mr X’ (2015) and ‘Hamari Adhuri Kahaani’ (2015), had failed to click at the Box Office.

The actor is now looking forward to Tony D’Souza’s ‘Azhar’, in which is portrays the titular role of real-life cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin. The film is set to release worldwide on 13th May.
