Indian TV and film producer Ekta Kapoor has decided to set up a third media school in Bangalore after having one in Mumbai and another in Delhi.
As there are so many South Indian personalities moving to Bollywood, Kapoor feels that having a school in which people can enrol in working towards the��industry will be beneficial for hopefuls. Mid-Day��reported Anurag Gupta, CEO of Kapoor’s media school stating, “Almost 15 per cent of total applications to our Mumbai institute come from South and since Bangalore is the hub of South India we decided to open up a training set up there.”
Gupta also goes onto say how the schools in Bangalore will give children the option to get involved��in a Modelling, Dance and Young Film Makers Program, which will direct the students into other aspects of film-making. Looks like Bollywood has a lot of multi-talent to look forward to!
