Ekta Kapoor signs Anurag Kashyap to direct Balaji Motion Pictures film

Ekta Kapoor, who is known as the queen of Indian television, is slowly expanding her production house in Bollywood too. ��The producer has now signed director Anurag Kashyap to make a film for��her production house.

Confirming this news to��DNA India, the Chief Creative Officer of Balaji Motion Pictures said, “Anurag has been signed a long time back. We are looking for the right material, as we speak. The minute we find something, we will announce it.”

At present, Kapoor and Kashyap have also joined hands to co-produce ‘Udta Punjab’, which stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.
