Ekta Kapoor ropes in Tamannaah Bhatia for ‘Ragini MMS 3’?
Ekta Kapoor is reportedly set to breathe new life into the ‘Ragini MMS’ franchise, with a third instalment currently in development. This time, actress Tamannaah Bhatia is expected to take on the lead role, replacing Sunny Leone, who previously fronted the series.
Bhatia has become one of the most in-demand performers of late, particularly following the viral success of the song ‘Aaj Ki Raat’ from ‘Stree 2’. Her rising popularity has made her a natural choice for the rebooted horror-thriller.
According to industry sources, the concept for the new film was discussed between Kapoor and Bhatia during the production of their other collaboration, ‘Vann’. A source close to the project revealed that Kapoor has finally found the ideal storyline to expand the ‘Ragini MMS’ universe.
