Ekta Kapoor planning to bring back ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ for finite series
Ekta Kapoor is reportedly planning a finite-term reboot of the cult classic ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.
The iconic series, which originally aired on Star Plus from 2000 to 2008, is expected to bring back several original cast members, including Amar Upadhyay and Smriti Irani. Upadhyay played Mihir briefly, while Irani portrayed the beloved Tulsi Virani.
Irani, who previously served as the Minister of Women and Child Development, is said to be preparing for her return to the iconic role. Meanwhile, Upadhyay recently stepped away from ‘Doree’ to focus on preparations for the show’s much-anticipated comeback.
