‘Ek Hazaron Mein…’ to replace ‘Dor’ on Star Plus

Cinevistaa’s next show ‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ will be replacing ‘Maykee Se Bandi…Dor’ in October, BizAsia.co.uk can confirm.

The much anticipated show will launch at the beginning of next month. The channel has been reviewing its output and has witnessed ‘Dor’ underperforming in the primetime slot.

‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ is a story of two sisters, Jeevika and Maanvi, orphaned in childhood post which they had to settle into a middle class, traditional family, after being in hip and happening Delhi. Jeevika and Maanvi are two sisters, who are inseparable since childhood. They’ve been there for each other, Jeevika being the elder one. While Maanvi in the process of fixing things always messes them up, Jeevika always makes up for the mess.

Krystle D’Souza and Nia Sharma play the character of two sisters Maanvi and Jeevika. Seema Kapoor will also play a pivotal part in the show.

‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ launches on Monday 3rd October at 20:30. ‘Dor’ will end on Sunday 2nd October with a ‘Maha Episode’.
