Popular music producer, Dr Zeus has taken to social media to blast Sony Music India after his composition Don’t Be Shy was used in the soundtrack of forthcoming film ‘Bala’, without credit to Zeus.

Don’t Be Shy originally released in 2004. It was produced by Zeus and performed by girl band, Rouge. While a remixed version of the song was used in the film soundtrack ‘Alone’, record company T-Series, credited Zeus for the original composition. However, this time around, Sony Music India, who have published the soundtrack of Ayushmann Khuranna’s ‘Bala’, have released the track without credit to Zeus. Instead, Sachin Jigar have been named as the only composers of the song. Zeus has threatened legal action against Sony Music India.

On Twitter, Zeus said, “Are u guys taking the piss @sonymusicindia @MaddockFilms @Its_Badshah @SonyMusicUK @SachinJigarLive wen did u compose don’t b shy & kangna.. more to the point how dare u guys b riding off ma old hits & fuckin them up??? Ya need to get original🖕🏽My lawyers will b in touch”
