Dr Rangan Chatterjee to leave BBC Radio 2 show
Dr Rangan Chatterjee is set to leave his show on BBC Radio 2, in a number of sweeping changes on the popular national station.
Chatterjee has been hosting a Sunday night show in which he helps listeners feel better with inspirational health and wellbeing conversations and a relaxed musical soundtrack. Bringing together Rangan’s experiences as a father of two and his work as a GP, he shares practical advice to listeners in everyday life.
Dr Rangan said, “I’ve immensely enjoyed presenting my Radio 2 show, and I hope I’ve helped guide listeners through a unique time in our lifetime.”
Chatterjee’s show, along with Craig Charles’ ‘House Party’ and Ana Matronic’s ‘Dance Devotion’ have been cancelled.
The station has announced a big shake-up of its output. The changes come into effect from 15th July 2022.
