Disha Vakani to return to ‘TMKOC’ for Navratri special
'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'
After months of rumours about whether or not Disha Vakani would be returning to reprise her role as Dayaben in Sony SAB TV’s blockbuster series ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, its now been confirmed.
SpotBoye reports that Vakani will be returning to the show for a Navratri special, with episodes being aired between 29th September and 7th October 2019.
The report adds that Vakani has made amends with Neela Telefilms’ Asit Modi. Vakani had been reluctant to return to work after giving birth. She left the show post her pregnancy and has since refused to return, even though its been two years.
