Dino Morea: “I have no regret & am happy the way my career has shaped up”

With the film and TV world contemplating the best way to release their content, Dino Morea is taking online streaming and running with it. With the success of ‘Mentalhood’ (2019), ‘Hostages’ (2019) and ‘Moghuls’ (2019), the actor-producer is certainly making use of the popularity of online streaming for his upcoming project.

Set to produce his forthcoming ‘Helmet’, Asian Age reports Morea stating, “In terms of work, this year looks bright for me. I have a handful of acting opportunities and am also producing a film. It’s a brilliant time to be an actor and a producer in OTT platforms. I have been writing and reading scripts so let’s hope this second inning is more fruitful for me.”

The film will star Aparshakti Khurrana and Pranutan Behl, where there were rumours that it would be of adult-comedy content. However putting all rumours to rest, the producer revealed, “It’s not a sex comedy and doesn’t have anything to do with sex. It’s a relatable and a relevant tale.”

Talking about his acting career, Morea insists he has no regrets in the way his career has steered and is content with the decisions he has taken. “The kind of roles I was being offered were ridiculous. I decided to take a step back. I have no regret and am happy the way my career has shaped up.”

Morea is still a favourite to many, and with the work that he seems to be producing currently, he seems to have found his niche.
