Dilse Radio marks Diabetes Week with special shows

Lyca Media’s Dilse Radio is getting behind National Diabetes Week (12th ��� 18th June) by discussing the key issues with experts every day on ���Let�۪s Talk�۝ with Deep Rajah. MP Keith Vaz, Founder of Diabetes charity SilverStar, is also joining in the discussions all week.

There are currently over 3 million people diagnosed with Diabetes in the UK with British Asians ranking as the highest proportion of sufferers. SilverStar have 2 UK based Mobile Diabetes Units with the intention of traveling to communities to offer free Diabetes tests and offering lifestyle advice.

MP Keith Vaz said, ���I am delighted to be part of National Diabetes Week on Dilse Radio once again. The week is a great opportunity to spread Diabetes awareness within at risk communities in London. At SilverStar, we aim to raise awareness within Asian communities and offer advice on how to combat the disease�۝.
