‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ to replace SRK show on &TV

ZEE Network’s new channel &TV will be launching new fiction ‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ in the weekday 21:00 slot from next week, replacing Shah Rukh Khan’s gameshow ‘India Poochega Sabse Shaana Kaun?’. Khan’s show will end its run after just three-week run.

‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ is a light-hearted show bringing out the daily nuances and small little problems that one�۪s life is centered on. Based in Delhi, the show talks about 5 sisters, how they are together yet different from each other in their own quirky manner. The show deals with the situations that these sisters fall into, bringing out the spice of their life with comical as well as dramatic situations.

The show stars Sukirti Kandpal and Sara Afreen Khan along with newcomers Shilpa Raizada, Monica Sharma and Meera Deosthale. It is based on Anuja Chauhan�۪s novel ‘Those Pricey Thakur Girls’.

‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ will air Monday to Friday at 21:00 on &TV.
