Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Udta Punjab’ & ‘SardaarJi 2’ gear up for June release

International superstar and reknowned Punjabi popstar Diljit Dosanjh finds it rewarding that two of his films, ‘Udta Punjab’ and ‘SardaarJi 2’ are set to release in June.

As reported by��Indian Express the singer who is a leading actor in mainstream Punjabi movies said, “It�۪s rewarding to have two of my biggest films releasing this June in a weeks gap. I am hoping both the films find tremendous success and audiences should like the work we have put in for both these projects.”

Dosanjh, whose films rule the Punjabi box office is now marking his debut in Bollywood with Balaji Motion Pictures production ‘Udta Punjab’ which also stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan in pivotal roles. The film will highlight the issue of drug abuse among the youth in Punjab and is set for release on 17th June,

‘Sardaarji 2’ is directed by Rohit Jugraj and produced by While Hill Productions. It is slated to release on 24th June this year. The film also has Sonam Bajwa and Monica Gill playing important roles.
