Diljit Dosanjh on working in the comedy genre

Punjabi superstar, turned Bollywood front man, Diljit Dosanjh has worked in a number of Punjabi comedies but has made a switch to the thriller genre with ‘Udta Punjab’ (2016) and more recently in the ghost comedy ‘Phillauri’ (2017).

He will next be seen in a comedy film titled ‘Crazy Hum’, which also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film is described as a stage drama, filmed at the backdrop of IIFA 2017. Talking about this, Dosanjh told DNA India, “I have done many comedy films. I don’t judge a film by its genre whether it’s comedy thriller, or romantic etc. I am enjoying the film.”
