Diljit Dosanjh to play Amar Singh Chamkila in biopic by Imtiaz Ali?

Diljit Dosanjh has reportedly bagged the lead role in the biopic of Amar Singh Chamkila helmed by Imtiaz Ali.

Earlier there were rumours of Ayushmann Khurrana and Kartik Aaryan being approached for the role. However, it seems Dosanjh has zeroed in on Dosanjh. It is said that Dosanjh will also perform some original songs written by Chamkila.

The film’s plot will revolve around Chamkila’s love life, controversies, music, and assassination.
