2001 gave Indian cinema ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, one of the first male-bonding films of recent times and began a trend that is popular even today. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, the film was Farhan Akhtar’sdebut as directorand starred Aamir Khan as one of three friends. It seems Khan wants to reunite with the makers of the movieat the music launch of his forthcoming ‘Talaash’.
It is thought, as reported by Bollywood Hungama, that Akhtar wouldn’t be able to spare the time to attend the music launch due to a hectic schedule for ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’. However, Khan wanted to launch the music with Akhtar and Sidhwani present and coerced him somewhat to take a day out and make an appearance.
The persuasion techniques worked and Akhtar will indeed be present at the ‘Talaash’ music launch along with Sidhwani.
