Diana Penty opens up about ‘Happy Bhaag Jayegi’ character

After a long break, Diana Penty will soon be seen gracing the big screen in upcoming venture ‘Happy Bhaag Jayegi’. With the audiences finally being able to see the actress again after so long, she spoke to the media and revealed a little bit about her character.

Known for her debut role as Meera in ‘Cocktail’ (2012),��NDTV reported the actress explaining, “My character here is very different from Cocktail. Mira (Cocktail) and Happy are poles apart. Happy is very confident and not bothered about situations happening around her. She is a kind of character who is always ready to take on the world and is quite a forthcoming character.”

Penty will be starring opposite Abhay Deol, who has also bee out of the lime-light for some time. Talking abut working with the actor, she explained, “It’s amazing working with Abhay. He is an extremely good actor. He makes actors comfortable who are working with him. It’s easy to react while working opposite to him.”

With��Mudassar Aziz sitting in the directors chair, the film will also star��Jimmy Sheirgill, Piyush Mishra and Ali Fazal.
