Earlier this month at the IPA۪s (The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) quarterly council meeting, media agency, Di5 was elected into membership.
Di5 is the first ethnic agency to reach this milestone in such a short span of time. Says Bala Iyer, Director, Di5, “At Di5, we want to give the best work for our brands and we see IPA membership as an integral part of achieving this. We fully intend to benefit from the IPA۪s guidance on best practice and become an active part of the industry۪s community. We also hope that through membership we will be able to help bring ethnicity۪ as a thought process to other IPA members.”
Says John Oldfield, Membership Director, IPA, “Multicultural societies need multicultural marketing communications and we are delighted that Di5 has joined the IPA and will bring additional advertising and marketing insights for clients.”
